As a property investor based in Brisbane, Geoff and his team made the whole property building experience painless, from handling all building contract administration effectively and efficiently, to assisting with colour and tiles selection all via post, phone, photographs and email.

Geoff meticulously steered us through the design phase and all the contract documents. He was totally up front about timetables, no false promises. The construction began and ended as scheduled – even during this unprecedented building craze. Others I know, building with other companies, were beset with timetables crashing and delays on a weekly basis. Everything happened on schedule for us and Lander staff kept us constantly updated.
As owners we changed our mind from time to time (as you do) and these variations were always attended to with a no fuss attitude. Our house was completed on time, no fuss, no extra (or hidden) costs. Paperwork was concise, on time, and easy to follow. Bank transaction and payments went without a hitch.
From previous home building experiences we had budgeted to spend a lot on sedatives, anti-depressants, and alcohol. Only the alcohol budget was used – and that was to celebrate the various stages of our home taking shape, on schedule, in budget.
It is not often that I am totally satisfied with a service and product. I am fussy and demand value and exactness when doing business. We got the lot from Lander Homes. We also had the bonus of lots of laughs, friendship, and happy moments in dealing with the team. Every single team member did the job well and with great customer service. I never had to chase up a single transaction once throughout the whole job.
