The company owner, Geoff Apps, is a locally born and bred sporting identity.

He has been a key figure in the Cairns construction industry for over 30 years. He has taken on major roles in industrial, commercial and domestic projects, including the design and construction of the award-winning Cairns Colonial Club resort, and an award-winning residential development in Smithfield, as well as many multi-storey residential buildings, luxury homes, units, duplexes, motels, factories, warehouses, and shopping centres.

Geoff was a respected judge for both the Queensland Master Builders Association Housing and Construction Awards and the Building Designers Association of Queensland Design Awards. His involvement in industry promotion and development has been recognized by relevant organizations as being invaluable.

Geoff’s meticulous attention to detail, thorough knowledge of building construction and high professional ethics result in a man well liked and respected by his industry peers and employees.

Most of our sub-contractors have been with us since the early stages, and their craftsmanship and experience has been crucial in the development of our reputation for quality delivery on time and on budget.

As a project home builder we offer a large range of plans to meet the needs of our clients. Within these templates we incorporate a degree of flexibility to fine tune the end product for an individual finish to satisfy the most discerning of tastes.
