From our first meeting to your handover and beyond, we work to produce what you want, when you want it, for the price you agreed. Personal contact is important to us and an integral part of the experience. You will be involved as much as you want, and consulted at every stage. We are accessible and approachable throughout the process. Our engineers, designers, tradesmen and administrative staff are people people, and our construction management is second to none. Although we have a large portfolio of designs, site specifics often mean advantages can be gained and challenges met by redesign - it's part of the service. We are happy to offer advice on land options or investment projects.
Quality
We are not the biggest builder in Cairns. Quantity has never been an issue. We limit our sales to around 50 homes per year. We retain the same tradesmen year after year. They know our standards are high and are proud to be part of our team. Unusually our sales department are responsible for finish quality. They start the process and will be there with you at the end for the final inspection. The feedback from that inspection goes back to the trades. This cycle has been continually improving our product and methods for five years. At a time when most builders claim they can start your new home tomorrow -- we're sorry, but we can't. We employ the latest technology, materials, and work practices in a continual search to reduce costs by monitoring labour, energy efficiency, waste, and suppliers. We are a lean outfit with comparatively few overheads. We work hard and effectively to the tightest trade margins. We believe we have the best package. It appears others agree.
